"LaraCroft:ism"
is the title of a female artists' magazine by Manuela Barth
in which the complex representation of the cyberheroine Lara
Croft was arranged in informative combinations of pictures and
confrontations. A readability of the underlying discourses from
technology and cosmetics to feature film and pornography is
thus produced. In a specially arranged series of events, in
publications and performance / talks, she and Barbara U. Schmidt
(art theorist / curator) have publicly introduced, discussed,
