Hajnal Németh |
|
|
 |
born 1972, lives and works in Budapest
In her video piece "Aphrodite’s Hard Child" (1997),
first conceived as a screen-saver, Hajnal Németh transforms
a technoid computer mouse into an organic and sensuous being
with its own existence. Technology undergoes an act of humourous
"feminization". The classifications and divisions
between the organically female and the anorganically male
are parodied.
